Our model

Ascension Hive replaces the broken education model with parent-governed pods of 10 students, focusing on real-world business experience and AI-powered mentorship. Discover the infrastructure designed to build the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The pod

10 students per pod, parent-governed (you choose location, we install). Just $90/month per child (funded by ESA grants). One installation provides 5 years of operation for a pod.

The mentor

One AI mentor per child, with the same face, voice, and personality for 5 years. This mentor lives on their phone, tracking decisions and intervening before failure. No grooming risk, no favorites, full audit trail.

The curriculum

Year 1: Foundations (3 Rs in the morning, Business Lab in the afternoon focusing on decision-making). Year 2: Formation (students split into  two companies of five).

Parent-governed pods

Parents choose the location, and we install the infrastructure. This decentralized approach ensures community involvement and local relevance, making education a truly collaborative effort between families and our system.

Building real companies

Afternoons are dedicated to building real companies—sourcing products, negotiating deals, and managing P&Ls. By graduation, students have spent six months in every C-suite role, leaving with a company, a network, and a future.

Year 1: Foundations

  • 3 Rs (reading, writing, arithmetic) in the morning

  • Business Lab in the afternoon

  • Decision-making, consequence, responsibility

Year 2: Formation

  • Students split into 2 companies of 5

  • Each forms a real LLCC-suite roles assigned: CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO, CSO

Year 3: Rotation

  • Every 6 months, roles rotate

  • Everyone sits in every seat

  • They learn what each role actually feels like

Year 4: Genius Assignment

  • HiveMind analyzes 2.5 years of data

  • Assigns each student their genius role

  • No ego. No politics. Just data.

Year 5+: Execution

  • They stay in their genius role

  • Companies scale

  • Some stay in Hive. Some spin out. All succeed
